Pricing & Tax
- All prices are in US dollars ($) and exclude postage and packing.
- The prices displayed exclude tax. However, you may be charged local tax by your country's tax authorities.
- Every item is made to order. Orders generally take 8-14 days to ship.
- All items will be shipped by
Airmail (without tracking number) or
Registered airmail with tracking number
- The shipping price depends on:
Type of packing (Box & full color artwork or Plastic sleeve)
Destination (Europe & outside the Europe)
Total number of ordered items
- Estimated delivery times are:
Europe: 4-7 working days; Italy, Germany & France): from 7 days to 4 weeks
USA, Canada: 7-14 working days
Japan, Australia, Africa, Asia, Central & South America: 10-21 working days.
- Please allow a full 3 weeks (Italy, Germany, France, Spain, USA, Canada), 2 weeks (the rest of Europe) or 4 weeks (Japan, Australia, Africa, Asia, Central & South America) from the date of shipment before inquiring about your order.
- We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.
Replacements & Refunds
- Replacement for items lost by delivery services will be handled on an individual basis. If an item has not been received after a reasonable time has passed (Italy, Germany, France, Russian Federation: 4 weeks, The rest of Europe: 2 weeks, USA, Canada: 3 weeks, Japan, Australia, Africa, Asia, Central & South America: 4 weeks; 5-6 weeks for all destinations for orders placed between December 15 - January 8) we will replace it at our cost. Registered airmail with tracking number is recommended, especially if more than one item is ordered.
- In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil all or part of your order, we will notify you by e-mail and credit your account with the full amount charged.
- Replacement will be made in the event that a product, which must be returned to us, is received in an unsatisfactory condition (damaged in transport or unusable for any reason).
- As all items are made to order we accept returns for refund only if the received item is significantly not as described. Please read item description and technical specification and ask for additional information before purchase. When the order has been shipped we will accept returns for exchange or refund within 7 days after you have received the item but the buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Please note that shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Before placing an order please login to your account or register (create an account).
- All order status changes (paid, canceled, processing, shipped etc) will be sent by email.
- Payment options:
Invoice which can be paid by credit/debit card.

- As part of our sales records, we will store your name, postal address, email address and telephone number on our server.
- We may (unless you ask us not to) use your name and email address to send you newsletters and other information. However, we will never allow anyone else to use your details.
- We will store cookies on your computer, to be used only:
to maintain the contents of your shopping cart
to store your name, address, etc (but not your credit/debit card details) so you do not need to re-enter them on subsequent visits to the site.
